Aegis is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the Chicago area to hire a Production Supervisor who will lead a 25–35 person production team.
You will monitor output, quality, and efficiency against targets, enforce OSHA safety standards, and coordinate with planning, maintenance, and quality to minimize downtime. A mechanically inclined candidate with ERP/MES experience and precision measurement tools will excel. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
