Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare outgoing metered mail by verifying essential elements such as date, postage, and barcode quality before production.
• Identify and communicate errors, particularly with barcodes, to ensure smooth processing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mail piece jams in machinery, maintaining operational flow.
• Execute additional tasks as needed to support the team and enhance overall production efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• A basic understanding of English is essential to follow safety protocols and operational instructions effectively.
• Flexibility to work overtime, which may include weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, often with little to no advance notice.
• Dependability and reliability are key to succeeding in this role.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with or without accommodations.
• Capacity to walk, stand, stoop, and bend for approximately 80% of the work shift.
