Production Team Member

Job Description

If you love a fast-paced environment where the day flies by, this is it! Our Production Team works on a high-speed assembly line to portion, tray, and seal our meal kits so they are retail-ready.

Work on an active assembly line placing freshly prepared food items into trays.

Portion ingredients accurately and operate packaging/sealing machinery.

Team Player

Note:

Production is your primary focus, but you are flexible and willing to support the kitchen or sanitation departments if business needs shift.

Shifts available:
All shifts!

• 1st Shift: 5:00am-3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm-2:00am

Chill Factor:
This department is strictly cold (35°F - 40°F) to keep food fresh. You must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.

Speed & Detail:
Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to keep up with a fast assembly line.

Reliability: A team player who shows up ready to hit production goals.
