Apply powder coating to parts in a high-mix, fast-paced production environment while meeting quality and throughput expectations;
Prepare equipment and parts for color changes between batches, including cleaning, setup, and adjustment of coating tools and sprayers;
Monitor coating quality by checking appearance, adhesion, and cure, and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent results;
Perform basic chemical testing to ensure powder and process parameters remain within specified standards;
Track and maintain inventory of coating materials
