Your impact

Power up production equipment and validate machine set points for accuracy

Run a range of assets: extrusion blow mold, extrusion machine, injection blow mold, injection mold, label, pad printer, silk-screen

Keep machines healthy: clean filters, perform minor maintenance, and monitor purging

Verify sleeves, boxes, labels, and materials against part numbers before and during runs Maintain M.O. Weight and Process Check Sheets; perform in-process inspections to spec Troubleshoot issues quickly and adjust machines to maintain quality and throughput

Escalate maintenance needs to a supervisor and restart equipment post-service

Document problems, root causes, and fixes; record production/quality data (manual/data collector)
Close out each production run with complete, accurate paperwork

Maintain a clean, safe area and uphold all safety and housekeeping practices

Coach Technician Operators, cover breaks and lunches, and support special projects“Responsible for food safety, food quality and site safety.”What you’ll bring

High School diploma or equivalent

Hands-on experience with plastic molding machinery preferred

Working knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes and equipment

Mechanical aptitude; training with packaging, plastics, and printing equipment

Comfort reading and interpreting technical drawings

Attention to detail, dexterity, and strong problem-solving skills

Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

Clear, effective verbal and written communication

Compensation:
Starting pay for this position is $18/hr and shift differential pay
