Kettle Machine Operator

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: KETTLE MACHINE OPERATOR IN AURORA, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Kettle Machine Operator to join our team in Aurora, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for operating and monitoring the kettle machine used to produce popcorn. The ideal candidate will possess previous food production or machine operating experience, ability to follow instructions and safety procedures, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and must be reliable and have good attendance.

• Starting at $15.84/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 2nd shift
• Located in Aurora, Illinois

• Operate and monitor the kettle machine during popcorn production
• Add and measure ingredients according to production specifications
• Monitor cooking time and temperature to ensure product quality
• Remove finished popcorn and prepare the machine for the next batch
• Keep the work area and equipment clean and sanitary
• Follow all food safety, quality, and safety procedures
• Report any equipment issues or product concerns to the supervisor
• Assist with other production and packaging duties as needed
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a warm production environment

• Previous food production or machine operating experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable and have good attendance
