Department Production Job Title Material Handler / Reach Truck Forklift operator Job Location Aurora, IL Job Shift 1st 7am-5:30pm Pay Rate $20.00 per hour Job Type Temp to hire

• Safely load, unload, move, and store raw materials, components, and finished products
• Pull, verify, and fill orders using pick lists, work orders, and shipping documents
• Operate forklifts, double-reach trucks, and pallet jacks; perform daily safety inspections
• Supply production lines with required materials to support on-time production
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and management, complete bin transfers, and document stock movements in the system (Net Suite/MRP)
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies, equipment issues, or labeling errors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
• Follow all safety policies and assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Requires attention to detail, basic math and Excel skills, ability to stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Experience driving a double-reach forklift Tablet usage Experience using an MRP Experience driving a forklift
• 1. Prior experience as a material handler or in a warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred
• 2. Basic math and organizational skills
• 3. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
