Head of Marketing Insights & Analysis

Job Description

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing Insights & Analysis to join our ever‑evolving Marketing team and help shape the future of global commerce.

• Lead segmentation, ICP, and persona strategies to drive targeted growth
• Generate and translate customer, merchant, and market insights into actionable strategies
• Oversee marketing analytics and measurement frameworks (CAC, LTV, conversion, attribution)
• Drive data‑informed optimization, including testing and marketing spend allocation
• Translate insights into go‑to‑market strategies and partner cross‑functionally to deliver growth outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, insights, analytics, or product marketing
• Strong background in segmentation, ICP development, and persona creation
• Experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and performance measurement
• Track record of developing and executing data‑driven, multi‑channel marketing strategies
• Experience partnering cross‑functionally to drive business and revenue outcomes

This full‑time position has a good‑faith estimated annual salary range upon hire of $–$. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for bonus.
