Evolv is expanding and looking for Entry-Level Marketing Specialists to join our Chicago team. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work on active outreach campaigns, engage with the public, and support nonprofit organizations that are making a difference in local communities.
No previous experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing- Supporting marketing and outreach campaigns on behalf of nonprofit organizations
- Engaging with members of the public and representing client initiatives
- Building positive relationships through professional communication
- Assisting with campaign execution and community outreach efforts
- Contributing toward customer acquisition and campaign growth goals
- Participating in ongoing coaching, training, and development sessions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer engagement and relationship‑building experience
- Sales and business development exposure
- Experience working in a fast‑paced team environment
