Rosary College Prep, an independent Catholic Dominican college preparatory high school for young women in Aurora, Illinois, is seeking an energetic, highly organized, and mission-driven Advancement Operations and Engagement Coordinator to join our Institutional Advancement team.

This full-time position is ideal for a collaborative professional who enjoys building relationships, managing projects, and supporting the advancement of Catholic education. The Advancement Operations and Engagement Coordinator serves as a key member of the Institutional Advancement team, providing operational support for fundraising, donor relations, alumnae engagement, communications, enrollment initiatives, marketing, and special events.

Responsibilities include managing the school's constituent database (CRM), processing gifts and donor acknowledgments, maintaining accurate records, generating reports, coordinating donor stewardship activities, supporting fundraising campaigns, assisting with communications and marketing projects, coordinating volunteer engagement, and helping execute major school events, including the Candlelight Ball, Homecoming, donor events, alumnae programs, and admissions activities. This position works closely with the Director of Fundraising and Donor Relations, Director of Communications and Marketing, Director of Recruitment and Enrollment, Director of Special Events, and the Head of School.

Qualified candidates should possess exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM or donor database systems is strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in advancement, fundraising, communications, database management, event planning, enrollment, or a related field are preferred.
