- Own end-to-end social media strategy and execution for Agentforce Commerce
- Design and produce social content using Figma
- Manage the full content calendar through Sprout Social
- Lead and scale the employee advocacy program
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to support live events
- Use data and community insights to continuously test, learn, and improve performance
- 7+ years of experience independently leading social media programs
- Experience in Figma and Sprout Social
- Strong storytelling skills and excellent written communication
- Available for social media coverage during Thanksgiving weekend and Cyber Week
- Experience growing employee advocacy or thought leadership programs at scale
- Managed external creative or media agencies
