- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to priority brands and markets
- Lead high-impact strategic engagements including strategic planning sessions, brand and market workshops, and bespoke support

- Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years or MBA/MS with 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or consulting strategy
- Proven success leading capability-building, enablement, or transformation initiatives at scale
- Strategic partnering and advisory experience across multiple regions and leadership levels in matrixed, global organizations
- Strong influencing, networking, and collaboration skills
- Outstanding communication skills, able to effectively influence senior leaders, peers, and colleagues both verbally and in writing
- Data-driven mindset; able to measure impact of capability-building initiatives
- AI-enabled marketing fluency
Demonstrates expertise in strategic marketing and consulting, with a focus on capability-building and transformation initiatives. Proven ability to influence and collaborate across global organizations while maintaining high-quality standards in execution.
