Comms & Training Specialist

• Develop and execute communications aligned to the overall change strategy
• Create audience-specific content, including announcements, release updates, FAQs, presentations, newsletters, and leadership messaging
• Manage communication schedules and coordinate release communications
• Support employee engagement and feedback activities
• Partner with the Senior Training Specialist to develop training materials, job aids, and learning resources
• Support instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training delivery
• Coordinate training logistics, tracking, and reporting
• Support post-training reinforcement and knowledge retention activities
• Support readiness and adoption efforts through communications and learning initiatives
• Assist with post-go-live communications and hypercare activities
• Maintain communication and training plans, project documentation, and status reporting
• Partner with business, product, and technology teams to support successful adoption

• Bachelors degree or 3+ years of experience in Communications, Training, Change Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Effectiveness
• Strong writing, presentation, facilitation, and content development skills
• Experience supporting technology or business transformation initiatives
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Copilot
• Insurance industry and/or Guidewire experience preferred
• Experience leveraging AI tools to create communications, develop training materials, summarize information, automate administrative tasks, and improve delivery efficiency
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging communications and learning experiences
• US Work Authorization required
