Associate, Digital Activation – Programmatic Media

• Execute digital buys
• Ensure pacing, performance, and the Digital Activation Process are activated correctly
• Implement the Digital Planning Process across programmatic buying
• Work with the Strategy team to understand goals, address client needs, and communicate results and insights to clients
• Direct billing and reconciliation for programmatic media
• Attend learning and development training classes
• Attend internal and external publisher meetings and presentations

• Interest in the principles of advertising, marketing and media
• Analytical thinking with competency in mathematical concepts
• Works well in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT
• Ability to learn media tools and software
• Ability to write clearly and concisely, as well as communicate and interact professionally
