Monte Nido Chicago is a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. The program focuses on restoring physiological and nutritional balance, implementing healthy eating and exercise routines, eliminating harmful behaviors, and fostering motivation and treatment engagement. The objective is to help each client understand their eating and/or exercise disorder and its effects, and to develop a personalized plan for recovery.

Salary: $40–$43 per hour.

• Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment.
• Participate in scheduling, lead, and develop nursing staff.
• Ensure medical safety standards are followed and nursing work aligns with professional licensing standards.
• Serve as liaison between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients, on behalf of the Nurse Manager or as assigned.
• Share call rotation with the Nurse Manager as part of this full‑time, salaried‑exempt leadership role.

• Active Registered Nurse license (or license eligibility); BSN preferred.
• Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role in a hospital or residential setting, preferred.
• Professional experience with mental health or behavioral health patient populations.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, safety awareness, and teamwork skills.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required before employment;
  Monte Nido will provide if needed.
