Schedule / Job Type: Contract | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend Required | Holiday Coverage Required

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois or compact licensure eligibility
Current BLS certification
Experience in a Medical Surgical Telemetry setting
Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and assigned holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

ACLS certification
Prior travel or contract nursing experience
