Clinical Manager, Nursing Operations is the clinical and businessleader for nursing operations, whichencompasses nursing supervisors, nursing float pool, virtual nursing,patient throughput, and staffing effectiveness.
Position Requirements- Must be licensed in the State of IL as a registered nurse.
- Earned nursing degree at the baccalaureate level or higher required.
- Graduate degree in a healthcare-related field required.
- CPR required.
- Specialty certification preferred; required within two years.
- Experience:
3-5 years recent acute care nursingoperationsexperiencewith progressive leadership responsibilities.
