Travel Nurse Source  is working with Conflux Systems Inc to find a qualified OR RN in Herrin, Illinois, 62948!
Weekend/ Call Requirements: 1 weeknight and 2 weekend days a month for call requirements, possibly more depending on the need of the department. Will float to other facilities if needed. Call as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
• Provide explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person.
• Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
• Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
• Participate in continuing education.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
