Role Overview
North Star is seeking an Assistant Chief at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora.
Scope of Practice: Variety of cases, including obstetrics.
Compensation: Starting at $260,000, with increased compensation based on experience. $5,000 Assistant Chief stipend. 7 weeks paid time off. Sign‑on bonus offered.
Facility: Rush Copley Medical Center, 210‑bed hospital with 500 physicians across more than 60 specialties, affiliated with the Rush University System for Health.
Location: Aurora, Illinois. The area offers a family‑friendly environment with top schools, parks, and proximity to Chicago.
