Schedule:

Full‑Time

Shift: 6pm-6am (hours may flex)

• 4‑Year / Bachelor’s Degree, required.
• BSN, preferred.
• Graduate Degree, preferred.

• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred.
• Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.

• Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within three months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
• Unit/Dept specific required certifications.

• Successful completion of generic and department‑specific skills validation and competency testing.
• Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.

Provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.
