Qualifications And SkillsCandidates need 1-2 years of PICU and NICU experience, an Associate Degree in Nursing (with a plan to obtain a Bachelor's within five years), valid Illinois RN licensure, BLS certification, and certifications in PALS and NRP within six months of hire. Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and teamwork are essential.
