• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing (preferred) or Associate Degree with a plan to obtain BSN within five years.
• Minimum of 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient setting.
• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or BLS).
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications within one year of employment.

• Strong clinical skills in cardiac care and telemetry monitoring.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in acute situations.
