Alc-Health-Care-Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, organize and direct hospice care in patients' homes across Illinois. The RN will leverage community resources to meet the needs of individuals and families with emphasis on education and comfort.
The role requires current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and experience in home care; hospice experience is strongly preferred. It is a part-time, on-the-road position with collaboration among an interdisciplinary team.
