Center Well Home Health in Aurora, IL is seeking a full-time LPN/LVN to provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision.

Required:
active Illinois LPN/LVN license, CPR, driver's license and at least two years of home health experience. Pay range $53k-$73k; benefits included.
