Lance Soft is seeking an experienced Telemetry RN in Illinois to ensure high‑quality patient care across telemetry and cardiac monitoring units. The role requires an active Illinois RN license and at least one year of telemetry experience, plus BLS.
ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale are preferred assets. The RN will perform dysrhythmia interpretation, manage vascular access, and participate in post‑MI and post‑cardiac procedures, while adhering to isolation and wound care protocols.
