Schedule:
Mon, Wed, Fri; hours start between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Provides institutional patient care, education, and supervision as part of the kidney care team.
You will participate in CAP pathways, document treatment responses, and coordinate with physicians and staff for continuity of care. Licensure and BLS are required.
