Grounds Technician

• Perform general grounds maintenance tasks, including porter services, sweeping, watering, emptying trash cans, landscape repairs, and shrub pruning
• Assist with landscaping installations as needed
• Participate in seasonal snow removal duties
• Operate light and heavy equipment under supervision
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Support the team by performing other related duties as required to achieve department goals

• Motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• Presentable, clean-cut, and able to communicate professionally
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Starting pay is based on experience, background, and ability.
