Quality Control / Manager, Quality Technician/ Inspector, QA Specialist / Manager
Quality Supervisor. Responsible for the supervision of the Inspection Department employees and the operations on his/her shift. Additionally, the Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for performing assigned inspections on civil aviation articles in accordance with technical data provided by the manufacturers for continued airworthiness, service bulletins, service letters, airworthiness directives, government, and industry standard practices.
What You Will Be Responsible For- Supervise all Inspection personnel and operations on shift.
- Assure that established policy, rules, regulations, and procedures are followed.
- Meets with vendors, customers, quality representatives, and company personnel to discuss and resolve quality problems as required.
- Prepares for and represents the company during all customer on-site audits.
- Suggests alternative methods and procedures for solving problems and meeting changing market opportunities.
- Reviews technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures.
- Assist On-Site Team Leader in reviewing and updating department standards.
- All other duties as assigned.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant License required.
- 5+ years aviation experience required; 2+ years in a leadership role required; 3+ years QC experience required.
- In-depth knowledge and prior experience with FAR Part 121 or Part 145.

CompensationThe anticipated salary range for this position is $38 to $47 hourly. This range reflects the base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
