• Supervise quality technicians and inspectors, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and compliance teams to maintain consistent product quality.
• Maintain and audit documentation for quality procedures, inspections, and regulatory compliance.

• 3+ years of quality experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• High School, GED, or equivalent education.
