Job Overview

Entegris is seeking a Specialist, Quality Assurance to join the Chemical Mechanical Pads (CMP) team within the Formulated Solutions business unit. The position is based at our Aurora, Illinois facility and focuses on supporting the execution and documentation of core quality programs that ensure stable manufacturing processes and customer satisfaction.

• Support Out-of-Control Action Plans (OCAPs) and other internal investigations by gathering data, documenting findings, and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to completion.
• Prepare and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) trend review summaries, highlighting process stability, shifts, and opportunities for improvement.
• Complete control limit reviews and updates, including data preparation, statistical summaries, and documentation of proposed changes.
• Maintain and update Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) and process control plans to reflect current process controls, inspection methods, and lessons learned from quality issues or process changes.
• Author, revise, and maintain quality documentation, including reports, summaries, and supporting records in accordance with site and corporate procedures.
• Coordinate internal audit scheduling and track closure of CAPA.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings related to site quality performance, trend reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support audits and reviews by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and readily accessible.
• Complete required training, administrative activities, and continuous improvement participation as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or engineering environment.
• Foundational knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis, CAPA, FMEA, and Product Control Plans.
• Strong written documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data, summarize findings, and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Willingness to learn internal quality systems, tools, and procedures, as well as basic manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work onsite at the Aurora facility.

• Compensation: $76,000 - $96,500 per year (actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role).
