Portillo's Hot Dogs, LLC is seeking an experienced FSQA Plant Supervisor to lead food safety and quality programs across the plant. You will supervise FSQA technicians, enforce GMPs, and ensure compliance with USDA, FDA FSMA, and GFSI standards while collaborating with the FSQA Manager.
You will analyze data, drive corrective actions, and develop staff through coaching and training, ensuring readiness for USDA audits and third‑party assessments.
