Synergy Flavors, part of the Carbery Group, is seeking a dedicated lab technician to test incoming raw materials, intermediates and finished products in our Illinois facility. The role supports QC procedures, reports COAs, and ensures compliance with SOPs.
Starting hourly rate is $20.00 with a 10% shift differential; schedule Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You will perform daily testing (sensory, pH, brix, GC, density), calibrate equipment, sample materials, and maintain accurate records.
