* Two years of experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated through drafting papers, articles, reports, or presentations
* Intermediate proficiency preparing reports, presentations, and data visualizations using quantitative and qualitative datasets
* Proficiency with analytic software such as SPSS, R, or NVivo
* One year of experience establishing and maintaining working relationships with agency staff, stakeholders, and researchers
