The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience at every Lens Crafters visit. The role establishes Lens Crafters as the premier destination for vision needs in the community.

• Consistently deliver the sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frame choices with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff (Target Host partners).
• Maintain an attractive, organized store display and keep inventory clean.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, calculators, basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell using sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self‑motivator with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Pay Range: 16.83 - 23.55 per hour. Employees may also receive a competitive bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
