Job Description

We hire energetic, dependable, and quick‑learning Assistant Managers to join our Aurora, IL store. This full‑time position offers competitive pay ranging from $15.50/hr to $18.50/hr, with monthly bonuses and overtime available. • Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Training – Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided. Communication skills are essential for giving correct written instructions, communicating verbally with customers and co‑workers, and processing orders over the phone and in person via a touch‑screen computer system.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); use a calculator as needed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Exhibit motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to complete precise movements swiftly.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen.
