Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences at the Chicago Premium Outlet location. Role focuses on driving sales and clienteling, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily store operations. Position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an inviting and welcoming environment for clients
• Offer styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Execute the client journey and behaviors to drive repeat business
• Capture and cultivate client data and relationships
• Initiate client follow up on sales, events, and inquiries
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Creative and innovative mindset with openness to new ideas
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
