C. Penney -  - Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers in finding products, delivering outstanding customer service; demonstrates customer service behaviors consistently; actively listens to customer issues in a calm and agreeable manner to resolve problems; actively promotes company products and services; partners with team members effectively.;
Enterprise Fulfillment - Monitors fulfillment systems, picks merchandise orders, packs orders to requirements, completes Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities.;  Operations - Researches order shortages/overages, completes shipment check-in, order binning and system reporting, maintains  stock area, processes order deliveries and returns at register.;
General Operations - Replenishes store inventory with Merchandise Associates/Assistants; participates in annual inventory.;
Performance Standards - Meets standards including shrink and safety initiatives, Omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
