We're looking for a Lead Team Member for Planogram, Pricing & Inventory—a critical role designed for someone who excels as a subject matter expert and keeps the store accurate, organized, and execution‑ready.

This is a non‑supervisory role focused on expertise, precision, and supporting the team through knowledge and execution.

• Own the execution of planograms, ensuring products are placed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain pricing integrity, including updates, audits, and signage accuracy
• Support inventory processes, ensuring stock levels and counts are correct
• Act as the subject matter expert for planogram, pricing, and inventory processes
• Guide team members by answering questions and helping them make informed decisions
• Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly to maintain operational excellence
• Partner with leadership to ensure smooth execution of resets, transitions, and audits

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
• Ability to become a trusted expert resource for the team
• Self‑motivated with excellent problem‑solving skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working independently while supporting team success

• Must be able to start shifts as early as 5:00 AM

• One required overnight shift every Wednesday night

• Play a critical role in how the store looks, feels, and operates
• Build advanced skills in merchandising, pricing, and inventory systems
• Make a direct impact on team success without supervisory responsibility

• Engaging peers to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers including an exceptional checkout experience.
• Communicating with team members and assigning daily work tasks.
• Mentoring and coaching other team members to ensure customer service and sales goals are exceeded and the area is maintained to Meijer standards and team members have completed required trainings.
• Supports training new team members/cross‑training high potential talent, providing peer coaching on job responsibilities/standards to positively impact team member productivity.
• Working with leadership on department schedule writing to focus on team member engagement, improving customer service, store sales and profitability.
• Ensuring freshness of products by closely monitoring execution of rotation and dating policies.
• Guiding the team in compliance with food safety standards and regulations and working in a safe manner aligning to 200% accountability.
• Leading team members to ensure ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and product display are completed, where applicable.
• Actively creating an environment that supports the Meijer culture, including valuing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
• Operating a register and cash handling when needed.
