Starting Pay: $15/hour

Location: Willowbrook Goodwill Store

• Week 1:
  • Thursday, 4th: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday, 5th: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday, 6th: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Week 2:
  • Monday, 8th: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday, 9th: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday, 11th: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday, 12th: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday, 13th: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Positive attitude and readiness to interview

• Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations for sale.
• Achieve pricing goals and apply guidelines to maximize revenue.
• Maintain an efficient donation flow to support the sales floor.
• Handle unexpected items with care and professionalism.

• Greet and thank donors, accepting donations.
• Organize production area by sorting incoming donations.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and teammates.

• Organize the sales floor and help customers locate items.
• Serve as ambassadors, answering questions about Goodwill and donations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance shopping experience.

• Accurately ring up sales transactions.
• Explain how purchases help people obtain jobs.
• Ensure customers leave with a positive impression.

• Earn $250 or more per referral after the new hire completes probation.

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach for the duration of the shift while maintaining a service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards.

Compensation is based on education, experience, internal equity, market demands, and other criteria. Certain roles may participate in incentive plans subject to terms and conditions.
