Position: Retail Assistant Store Manager - Chicago Premium Outlets

Retail Assistant Store Manager – Chicago Premium Outlets (Retail Stores, Aurora, United States of America)

Responsibilities
  • Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
  • Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service.
  • Assist the Store Manager with the recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing, results driven employees. Assist in holding team accountable through productivity conversations, coaching, recognition and performance reviews.
  • Control payroll and service driven scheduling in order to maintain a highly profitable location while providing the highest levels of service to customers.
  • Act as Store Manager when the Store Manager is away from the store for any reason.
  • Ensure completion and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Manage and monitor Loss Prevention education and awareness programs.
  • Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
  • Attend off-site training and position related meetings as required; travel may be required.
  • Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years’ management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and reason through complex issues.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to present information to large groups.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs, and retail software.
  • Ability to walk, move about, use speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, field of vision. Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

The base pay for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 + Bonus + Benefits.

Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
