Store Assistant Manager

Steve Madden -  - Responsibilities:
Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability by ensuring customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection are consistent with company standards;
Create amazing customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration;
Partner with the Store Manager to implement visual merchandising directives to maintain brand strategies;
Ensure appropriate replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor;
Partner with the Store Manager to ensure compliance and adherence to loss prevention and safety policies and procedures;
Assist in store operations including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, cleaning duties, and customer service;
Foster an environment of development and accountability;
Process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system;
Assist Store Manager in the selection and hiring of qualified candidates;
Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside your specific role
