Location: One assigned MI VAPE Co. store — Joliet, Shorewood, or Plainfield, IL. In person.

Three stores. About 40 people. You get one of them, and it is yours.

MI VAPE Co. is a vape and smoke retailer in the Joliet area, run by Jirjees Management. We are not looking for someone to watch a building. We are looking for the person who runs it — the schedule, the numbers, the standard on the floor, and the people who will run it after you move up.

Run one store. If it belongs to this location, it is yours until it is done or handed off in writing.

Build and publish the schedule. Own your labor percentage and be able to say the number out loud.

Work the floor. Sell. Coach in the moment. This is not an office job with a store attached.

Own sales against goal, conversion, average ticket, and attachment.

Open and close to standard. Cash, safe, keys, high-value cases. Tills balanced, drops done, variance written the same day.

age-restricted sale. 21+. No exceptions. You enforce it.

Receive freight, check the invoice against the boxes, and flag short shipments and bad cost the same day.

Build Key Holders. Within 90 days, at least one person on your team can open and close without you.

You are the coverage when nobody else is. You fill the hole. You do not wait for the District Manager.

You have 3+ years in specialty or age-restricted retail — vape, smoke, dispensary, or convenience — with shift‑lead or Key Holder experience.

You have managed a team, not just a register.

You have built a schedule and lived with the labor number that came out of it.

You are 21+, have reliable transportation, and will work nights, weekends, and holidays.

You treat compliance as the floor, not a suggestion.

This is a real ladder, not a poster. We promote from it.

You are on your feet on the sales floor for most of your shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

You lift and carry 25–50 lbs when freight lands, with or without reasonable accommodation.

You work around nicotine, vape, and related age‑restricted products all day.

Full-time, scheduled 42–45 hours per week. Overtime paid at 1.5× for hours worked over 40 in a week.

Pay follows hours actually worked. This is a schedule expectation, not a guaranteed-hours contract.

Evenings, weekends, and holidays are when this business is busiest, so that is when we need you.
