Freight Broker

An established transportation organization is seeking an experienced freight brokerage professional to take ownership of customer relationships and day-to-day freight execution. This role is ideal for someone who prefers full autonomy over their accounts and enjoys being accountable for both revenue generation and service delivery.

This is not a handoff role. The right individual will manage the entire lifecycle of freight — from customer acquisition through execution and retention.

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of shipper accounts
• Independently price freight and secure carrier capacity
• Execute shipments from tender to final delivery
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and carriers
• Resolve service issues proactively and professionally
