What You’ll Do- Lead new business and new scope opportunities from early identification through final submittal to create winning proposals.
- Develop capture plans, win themes, budgets, and budget execution.
- Develop pursuit strategy in collaboration with the deal team focusing on business outcomes for the customer.
- Lead team in developing technical, financial, and commercial frameworks for pursuits.
- Construct value proposition, business case, negotiation, pricing, and terms/conditions; primary interface to the client.
- Act as point of contact to client or third‑party advisor; provide consultative sales support.
- Use defined processes and methodology to facilitate proposal efforts and present overall solutions for deal approval.
- Track and reconcile changes in scope and pricing throughout the contracting phase.
- Maintain quality of proposal deliverables within agreed requirements.
- Identify improvements through client feedback.
- Strong background cultivating opportunities through contractors, consultants, architects, and other specifier channels.
- 10+ years of client‑facing sales experience with technology or managed services deals.
- Experience in lead generation and prospecting, building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Ability to understand client objectives and translate into winning outcomes that differentiate Diversified from competitors.
- Experience managing relationships with senior‑level clients from initial conversation through close.
- Demonstrated experience leading highly diversified teams in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to direct go‑to‑market teams in developing deliverables such as proposals.
