What You’ll Be Doing- Jump on new corporate inquiries and turn interest into booked events with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Build your own outbound pipeline by connecting with companies, visiting offices, and sparking new opportunities.
- Craft customized proposals using real back‑of‑house understanding — menu planning, portion logic, service flow, equipment needs, and staffing plans that actually work in execution.
- Create clear, accurate event documentation in our internal planning system and manage all contracting and payment steps.
- Become the long‑term partner clients rely on, nurturing repeat business and expanding relationships over time.
- Build strong connections with local venues to keep referral opportunities flowing.
- Keep events running smoothly by following established processes for logistics, timelines, staffing, rentals, and last‑minute adjustments.
- You generate your own momentum through proactive outreach, not just inbound leads.
- You consistently book qualified meetings and close multiple corporate events each month once fully ramped.
- You drive strong revenue through steady activity, smart planning, and reliable follow‑through.
- Your events run clean because your proposals are accurate, your communication is clear, and your expectations are realistic.
- Experience selling and producing corporate events
, with the ability to translate ideas into operationally sound plans. - Strong BOH literacy — you understand how menus, staffing, and logistics actually work behind the scenes.
- A proactive, outbound mindset and a disciplined follow‑up rhythm.
- A love for details: timelines, revisions, accuracy, and client expectations matter to you.
- Comfort getting out in the field for client visits, walkthroughs, and partner meetings.
