Responsibilities- Promote, develop, and sell water resources services by establishing and maintaining relationships with potential customers.
- Facilitate the sale of water resources services and develop prospects from current clients, referrals, leads, and other sources to achieve sales goals.
- Prepare and issue reports on prospect pipeline, current sales, forecasts, and market trends so regional operations can grow their businesses.
- Plan and attend industry trade and convention shows to generate leads for future business.
- Maintain contact with Project Managers and Operations personnel to ensure project delivery as promised to the client.
- Develop project approach and tailor WRD products and services to meet customer needs in accordance with short‑term and long‑term sales goals.
- Prepare bid packages and recommend margins to meet the group’s strategic plan for financial performance.
- Utilize a CRM system for tracking and forecasting to ensure accurate monitoring of project goals.
- Act as the principle contact for customers and work closely with field crews on providing services to ensure projects are completed by deadline and under budget.
- BS degree.
- 1+ year(s) of sales experience in water/wastewater or related industry.
- Proficiency with all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of water well drilling/water management sales practices preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate information.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Public speaking and presentation skills required.

Base Salary Range: $79,972.00 – $ (may vary based on experience, skills, location, and education).
