This role focuses on leading go‑to‑market efforts to sell facility‑focused software and SaaS solutions to both new and existing customer bases.

Responsibilities
  • Represent sales on the cross‑functional team responsible for designing and launching new facility software and SaaS solutions.
  • Define and build initial customer and partner target lists to enable focused engagement with high‑potential prospects and partners, and evaluate partners to identify the best targets.
  • Lead sales engagements with identified prospects and drive partner development with key partners to create new pipeline and generate wins.
  • Identify and develop strategies to scale Chamberlain Group’s facility‑focused software and SaaS solutions.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and differentiate Chamberlain Group’s solution offering to prospects and partners.
  • Engage with customers to ensure success of solutions; act as an account manager for early wins and collaborate with key team members to ensure customer success.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules, and ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reading publications, building personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating in projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • 8+years of software/SaaS business development and sales experience across prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Proven success in bringing new software/SaaS solutions to market.
  • Experience with MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, SPIN, or other solution‑based selling methodologies.
Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $–$. Base pay may vary depending on factors such as location, education, training, and experience. In addition to base pay, the role includes a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short‑term incentive plan.
