We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager with sales expertise to spread the word, expand our business install base, acquire new customers, and leverage existing customers from all market segments. The ideal candidate fully understands customers’ technical and business needs and works side by side with them to achieve the desired result.
Responsibilities- Manage the full sales cycle.
- Drive, successfully represent, and manage all of Tera Sky’s solutions portfolio, including professional services and solutions offered by leading technology vendors.
- Coordinate and execute all required sales-related activities within a set of accounts to achieve assigned sales objectives.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities, leveraging and managing existing customers and pipelines.
- Expand Tera Sky’s and its vendors’ offered solutions & services to various industries.
- Engage with various functions and decision makers within potential and existing customers.
- Work with all market segments, spanning from high-tech & start-up companies through leading global enterprises, public and industrial sectors, financials and educational institutions, and more.
- Cooperate with leading technological business partners.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in sales roles across all market segments.
- Proven 2+ years of experience with enterprise customers.
- High-level communication skills, enabling engagement with both C-level decision makers and developers & IT experts.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work in complex, matrix-managed organizational environments.
- Ability to collaborate with the Tera Sky team and customers.
- High understanding and capability to simplify and communicate innovative IT technologies, their advantages, and added value to the customer.
- Creative problem solver and open-minded.
- Technical and professional expertise: two (2) years of direct, face-to-face customer selling experience.
- Fluent Hebrew & English.
- Preferred technical and professional experience & basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud computing.
- BA/MA or any relevant degree from a recognized educational institute.
