This is not a traditional BDC role.
We are looking for a working manager who produces, leads by example, and drives consistent performance across both sales and service opportunities
.
This role requires execution across phone, text, email, and CRM follow-up
, while working alongside an established remote team and enhancing structure, consistency, and results.
We have the tools, partnerships, and lead flow. What we need is discipline, accountability, and execution
.
- 400–500 inbound sales opportunities per month
- Additional opportunity through equity, upgrade, service, database
- Established remote BDC support already in place
- Full tech stack:
Vin Solutions, Automotive Mastermind, Impel, vAuto - Strong partnerships and training platforms available
- Leadership team committed to growth and performance
- Manage inbound + outbound opportunities across sales and service
- Execute communication across phone, text, and email
- Drive outbound efforts to current customer base, equity and upgrade opportunities, and service-to-sales opportunities
- Set and confirm high-quality appointments that show and convert
- Maintain disciplined follow‑up cadence and CRM execution (Vin Solutions)
- Work Mastermind opportunities and database mining daily
- Track and review lead source performance and ROI
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to maximize conversion
- Reinforce consistency and accountability across all processes
- 10%–15% internet close rate (10% minimum)
- Consistent appointment production and conversion
- Strong engagement across all communication channels
- Increased service appointment flow (CP & Warranty ROs)
- Full CRM utilization with no missed opportunities
- Experience in BDC, internet sales, and high‑volume lead management
- Strong working knowledge of Vin Solutions
- Experience with Mastermind, Impel, or vAuto is a plus (not required)
- Acura or luxury experience is beneficial, not required
- Strong communicator across phone, text, and email
- Highly organized with strong follow‑through
- Self‑driven with a high level of accountability

$60,000 – $90,000+ per year
Compensation dependent on performance.
$60,000 – $90,000 a year. Salary dependent on experience and performance.
