Sales Executive - Retail Displays

About the Role

As part of an industry-leading, employee‑owned company, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through creative packaging and display solutions for brand marketers, top retailers, and e‑commerce platforms.

• Identify and secure profitable new business while enhancing existing relationships.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective strategies.
• Drive sales by successfully managing a pipeline and closing contracts in a timely manner.
• Leverage CRM systems to effectively communicate client project requirements and track progress.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and identify opportunities for networking to expand our client's market presence.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Proven success in B2B sales in related industries such as printing, digital services, or marketing agencies with experience selling into large retailers like Costco, Walmart, or Target.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, design, and 3PL capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for effective communication and analysis.
• Ability to influence, persuade, and overcome obstacles while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Self‑motivated with excellent time management and problem‑solving skills.

Annual Salary: $100k - $150k

In addition to base pay, direct‑hire employees may be eligible for client‑offered benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, and paid leave where required by applicable law. Eligibility may vary based on factors such as location and hire date and is subject to change.
